Enrollment Application Procedure

We will send you an application form

	Application Deadline: 31 May for Oct.enrollment/30 Nov. for April enrollment Application: The application deadline is 31 May for Oct.enrollment/30 Nov. for April enrollment. Please send application forms by airmail. If your application does not arrive by the deadline, enrollment may be delayed until the following April.

	Certificate of Eligibility application Certificate of Eligibility application by the end of June(December): Once your admission is confirmed, we will prepare the application forms for your Certificate of Eligibility based on the information supplied on your enrollment application forms. We will then make the application on your behalf to the Kobe office of Osaka Immigration.

	Certificate of Eligibility issued between the end of August(February) and the beginning of September(March) Certificate of Eligibility issue: Osaka Immigration will issue your Certificate of Eligibility. We will send a copy of your Certificate of Eligibility upon issue.

	Payment of tuition fees Payment of tuition fees: Please pay the tuition fees to our designated bank account. We will send your original Certificate of Eligibility once we have confirmed payment.

	Visa issue by Japanese Embassy Visa application: Go to the nearest Japanese Embassy or Consulate and apply for your visa with the Certificate of Eligibility, enrollment admission and passport.

	Meet us in Kobe Entry into Japan: Once your visa is issued, you are ready to leave for Japan! We are looking forward to seeing you in KOBE!
